Villa Özgür, located in the centre of Kalkan, is a very good option for small families and honeymoon couples. Villa is proximity to markets, banks, bus station, minibus, Kalkan Pazaar, restaurants, it provides a holiday opportunity for our guests without using a car.
Villa facilities; Fully equipped American kitchen lounge, LCD satellite TV, internet connection, private outdoor swimming pool, indoor glazed swimming pool on the terrace floor.
Rooms;
1st bedroom; On the ground floor, garden and pool front, two single beds and air conditioning.
2nd bedroom; On the first floor, sea and shield view, one double bed, balcony and air conditioning. This room has an exit to the indoor pool.
Pool Dimensions :
Outdoor Pool: 4m. x 7m. , 1,35 m. depth
Indoor pool: 6m. x 2m., 1,2 m. depth
Note: 2.000 TL for rentals under 5 nights. cleaning fee is requested.
Note: Pool heating is subject to extra charge and is 750 TL per day.
4.000 TL.damage deposit is taken at the entrance to the villa. It is returned in case of no damage at the exit from the villa.
